On July 8, 2019, the StarTribune featured MicroGrants’ Partner Agency Project for Pride in Living (PPL). The story was about PPL’s expansion into the Franklin Theater, which was previously vacant. PPL will use the space to train participants for living-wage jobs. The story includes quotes from PPL’s CEO, Paul Williams, and PPL Vice President May Xiong, as well as a former PPL participant.
