Paige Bratsch was on track to finish her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and law enforcement including buying the supplies needed for her training. But last February the savings Paige had put away for school had to go towards finding a safe place to live and for necessities for her and her son. The Jeremiah Program nominated Bratsch for a MicroGrant to help with her education and tools needed for employment. She recently graduated and is very happy to have accomplished this goal with no debt, and, thanks to MicroGrants, she is also equipped with the necessary tools needed for her new law enforcement position.
MicroGrants grantmaking is currently paused as we work through internal operations and determine next steps for the program.
