My husband and I have had our party supply business in the Midtown Global Market for many years. There was a period of time (due to the economy) when people just weren’t having parties, they stopped shopping, they stopped buying – we were really struggling. Working closely with Midtown Global Market manager over the years, he knew us to be responsible, hard workers. So rather than having to shut our doors, he nominated us for a MicroGrant and we used it to increase marketing, make better signage and bought some inventory. What a difference it made!
