Ililta Abraha

Illita graduated in May and quickly found a job. Her boss said she could qualify to advance her career by taking an exam to become a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. As a single mother who had just started a new job she just could not get ahead enough to pay the exam fee. Through the Jeremiah Program, Ililta received a MicroGrant to cover the costs and ace the exam. “MicroGrants made all the difference for my daughter and me. Thank you for believing in me and giving me this opportunity to move closer to my dream of inde-pendence.

September 2026 Program Update

MicroGrants grantmaking is currently paused as we work through internal operations and determine next steps for the program.

For our partner agencies: We will continue to share updates directly with you as more information becomes available.

For individuals seeking a grant: MicroGrants does not distribute grants directly to individuals. Our grants are distributed through nonprofit partner agencies that identify and support eligible recipients. If you are seeking financial assistance, we recommend contacting one of our partner agencies directly to learn about available resources and eligibility.
