Denita came to MicroGrants through Project Diva. She says,
“The grant was used to pursue a higher education. I’m now enrolled in my nursing program. I was able to pay all my tuition and get books. Secondly, I added on homemaking services to my PCA company, and now my workers are able to provide extra services to elders and children and persons with physical disabilities who live independently in their own homes.”
MicroGrants grantmaking is currently paused as we work through internal operations and determine next steps for the program.
