Belen combines her Argentinian heritage with her food service background in her pop-up shop, Quebracho Charcuterie and Pies. She came to MicroGrants through NEON, the Northside Economic Opportunity Network.
She says,“I was awarded a $1,000 grant, which I used to buy a prep sandwich unit. It was an amazing gift. Thanks to that, we were able to grow our business during the first two months.”
